My Vet Care Sdn Bhd is proud to have been part of the Preconference Masterclass held in conjunction with ANVC 2026, focusing on Transfusion: Blood Collection, Typing & Cross-Matching, conducted on 29 March 2026.
The session, led by Dr Selapoom Pairor and his team from Kasetsart University, Thailand, provided valuable hands-on insights into essential transfusion practices, including blood collection techniques, blood typing, and cross-matching procedures to ensure safe and effective transfusion outcomes.
Participants also had the opportunity to gain practical exposure using ALVEDIA blood typing and cross-matching test kits, supporting accurate and reliable in-clinic transfusion decisions.
The masterclass aimed to strengthen confidence among veterinary nurses and assistants in performing transfusion-related procedures, improving workflow efficiency and enhancing patient safety in critical care cases.
